Grounds Use Agreement

Please complete the following form to request the use of the grounds at LakePoint Community Church. This agreement is for only the use of the Pavilion and grounds. We do not supply tables or chairs but you are welcome to use the picnic tables. The grounds are open to church members therefore we can't guarantee you the sole use of the property - only the pavilion.

LakePoint does not allow any alcohol on site.
LakePoint is a smoke and drug free campus.
All trash must be removed from trash cans and put in the dumpster at the end of your event.
Use of Dock is strictly prohibited.
All tables, chairs or tent that the customer brings on site must be removed at the end of the event. LakePoint can not store any items prior to of after event.
Outdoor bathroom needs to be spot cleaned upon departure.

In signing this document, I am designated as the responsible party for this function/reservation. This request is for the use of LakePoint Community Church Pavilion and grounds. I understand that I must have a Red Cross certified lifeguard on duty to have the dock unlocked. I agree to the above stipulations and understand that some or all of my deposit may be forfeited if violated. It is my responsibility to ensure that the facility is restored to its proper order by the agreed upon departure time.
